You will help create systems, reduce stress for leadership, and ensure the school meets state, TLE, and CACFP requirements.</p> <p>Happy Happens Here - and strong compliance helps make that possible.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>Licensing & State Compliance</p> <ul> <li> <p>Support compliance with state child care licensing regulations</p> </li><li> <p>Organize and maintain licensing documentation and records</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with licensing inspections, renewals, and follow-ups</p> </li><li> <p>Track deadlines and required compliance paperwork</p> </li></ul> <p>TLE Standards Support</p> <ul> <li> <p>Support The Learning Experience operational and safety standards</p> </li><li> <p>Help leadership maintain required policies and procedures</p> </li><li> <p>Identify compliance gaps and assist with corrective action plans</p> </li></ul> <p>CACFP Program Support</p> <ul> <li> <p>Maintain CACFP documentation, including meal counts and forms</p> </li><li> <p>Support accurate and timely CACFP claims</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with CACFP audits and monitoring visits</p> </li><li> <p>Train staff on proper CACFP documentation procedures</p> </li></ul> <p>Training & Team Support</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide guidance and support to leadership and staff</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as a resource for compliance-related questions</p> </li><li> <p>Help create simple systems that keep the school on track</p> </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li> <p>2+ years of experience in early childhood education, administration, or compliance</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of child care licensing regulations and documentation</p> </li><li> <p>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</p> </li><li> <p>Clear written and verbal communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and email</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience as a Director, Assistant Director, or administrative lead</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working with CACFP</p> </li><li> <p>Experience preparing for licensing inspections</p> </li><li> <p>Enjoys structure, checklists, and process improvement</p> </li></ul> <p>Pay & Benefits</p> <ul> <li> <p>Salary range: $42,000 - $46,000</p> </li><li> <p>401(k) retirement plan</p> </li><li> <p>Health insurance</p> </li><li> <p>Paid Time Off (PTO)</p> </li><li> <p>Paid training and onboarding</p> </li><li> <p>Supportive leadership and positive work environment</p> </li></ul> <p>Why The Learning Experience</p> <p>The Learning Experience is a purpose-driven organization committed to high-quality early childhood education.
