<p>Department:</p> <p>MAT Program</p> <p>Schedule:</p> <p>Varies, based on department need and the students' class schedule</p> <p>Salary:</p> <p>$10 per hour, up to 26 hours per week</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>Masters in Athletic Training Student Workers answer incoming calls, assist with packing outgoing mail, answer emails and text messages, make outgoing calls as directed, assist with set-up for campus events, and help with other tasks as needed. A high level of customer service must always be displayed in this position. Positions may be filled based on individual applicants' skills, qualifications, and departmental needs. Adheres to all department and University policies and procedures.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, and staff </li><li>Work cooperatively with a diverse body of faculty, staff, and students </li><li>Must have strong communication skills </li><li>Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Maintain confidentiality of information </li><li>Performs additional duties as required by the department. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Applicants must be enrolled as a Jax State student taking at least three (3) hours per fall or spring semester.
