<p>PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Partners with team to take meeting minutes and tracks action items. </li><li>Performs basic low impact side projects for the BESS Estimating Manager and Director of Estimating such as cost analysis, time studies, etc. </li><li>Works with BESS Lead Estimator to maintain document control. </li><li>Reviews all estimating departmental reports while developing estimating acumen. </li><li>Participates in capturing team meetings and client meetings. </li><li>Estimates small portions of the overall estimate under close supervision. </li><li>Travels to projects to understand Primoris' high level of project completion; develop relationships with site personnel and perform time studies. </li><li>Collaborates in reviewing project/client documents. </li><li>Provides support as needed for various tasks as assigned. </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>Prefer BS degree in a business or engineering disciplined program. </li><li>Preference given for experience in Solar, Renewable Energy, Energy Storage, or Power Generation. </li><li>Minimum of 0-2 years' experience estimating industrial electrical construction projects. </li><li>Working knowledge of personal computers and software applications with MS office application proficiency. </li><li>Demonstrated skills in written communications; ability to compose basic as well as complex technical documents, formal letters, invoices. </li><li>Demonstrated skills in oral communications; ability to make presentations to large, diverse groups. </li><li>Proven success in developing and maintaining internal and external relationships while effectively navigating organizational barriers. </li><li>Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills. </li><li>Working knowledge of project accounting practices and financial systems. </li><li>General understanding of Fixed Price, Time & Materials, Cost Plus and Unit contract pricing mechanisms. </li><li>Working knowledge of the techniques needed to lead and influence others in a matrix organization. </li></ul> <p>Benefits and Pay:</p> <ul> <li>Paid Company Holidays </li><li>Paid Time Off </li><li>We provide paid sick leave as required by Colorado's Healthy Families and Workplaces Act. </li><li>Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA/HSA, Short Term/Long Term Disability, 401K with matching contribution. </li><li>Salary $82,000-92,000 $ annually, dependent on experience, qualifications, and competencies. </li></ul>
