<p>Must Have Technical/Functional Skills</p> <p>Salesforce Test Design & Execution - Design and execute test plans, test cases, and scenarios for Salesforce implementations including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom solutions.</p> <p>Comprehensive Testing Coverage - Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing to ensure Salesforce features meet business and technical requirements.</p> <p>Salesforce Configuration & Data Validation - Validate data integrity, workflows, validations, reports, dashboards, and automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Apex triggers.</p> <p>Integration & API Testing - Execute API and integration testing to validate Salesforce integrations with external systems and downstream applications.</p> <p>Test Automation Support - Support and enhance Salesforce test automation efforts using tools such as Provar, Selenium, and Salesforce DX where applicable.</p> <p>Defect Management & Root Cause Analysis - Analyze test results, document defects with clear root cause analysis, and track issues through resolution using defect tracking tools.</p> <p>Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, business analysts, and product owners to ensure timely defect resolution and release readiness.
