<p>Corporate Care is looking for highly motivated candidates with a willingness to excel and succeed as a Technician. This position provides quality carpet, floor and water restoration and maintenance related services to commercial customers at customers locations (office building or other commercial or institutional building) typically during the hours of 5 p.m. to 2 a.m. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <p>Understand and accurately perform all cleaning (restorative and maintenance) methods for carpet, upholstery, fabric and leather.</p> <p>Report to work on time and in proper uniform.</p> <p>Complete work order paperwork after each job and notify supervisor of any special circumstances including photo narratives as appropriate.</p> <p>Responsible for maintaining a safe work area including the use of caution signs and barriers when appropriate.</p> <p>Responsible for care and cleanliness of cleaning equipment and vehicles.</p> <p>Pursue obtaining IICRC certifications in commercial carpet, upholstery, water restoration and ceramic tile.</p> <p>Follow rules, policies, regulations as outlined in company handbook.
