<ul> <li>Operate automatic strip fed press, lugger, compo machine and oven </li><li>Load strips into the magazine of press </li><li>Responsible for quality of production </li><li>Inspect caps visually with test blocks. </li><li>Inspect caps using automatic gauging equipment and enter date into SPC system </li><li>Remove full cartons of caps from underneath counter </li><li>Position empty cartons on conveyor </li><li>Seal and stack full cartons on skids </li><li>Fill out labels for finished boxes </li><li>Monitor and make adjustments to cap height, lug length, plastisol thickness as necessary </li><li>Remove jams </li><li>Monitor AVI rejects and determine responsibility of defective product.
