<p>Location: Vollrath Company, Kiel Wisconsin</p> <p>Shift: 2nd Shift (Hours: Start- 2 pm, End- 10:30 pm to 12:30 am)</p> <p>Pay: $24.25 (Plus a $1 Shift Premium)</p> <p>Sign-On Bonus: $3,000</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Perform activities to complete a variety of brazed assemblies and sub-assemblies according to safety, quality and productivity standards. Work from process sheets, blueprints and established procedures. Select proper brazing fixtures, solder, and brazing equipment. Properly set up operations including the use of fixtures and other work holding devices. Prepare and check connections to meet quality standards. Maintain brazing equipment and work area for a safe and efficient operation. Required to evacuate the refrigeration system using appropriate evacuation, fill, and leak detection equipment. May also be required to charge the system with refrigerant. Advise supervisor of continuing difficulties and take corrective action as directed. Assist others as directed. Perform own material handling and follow good housekeeping and safety practices. Perform other assembly duties as required, and if brazing within an established assembly line, work up and down the line as time permits or the flow of product within the line requires.</p>
