Exercises diplomacy, tact, confidentiality, sound judgement and discretion to address and</p> <p>responds promptly to general inquiries, Title IX and EEO complaints and sensitive questions.</p> <ul> <li>*Manages the Executive Director's schedule, plans logistics, travel arrangements, and other required coordination </li></ul> <p>for various internal meetings and external networking events, conferences and training workshops.</p> <ul> <li>*Receives visitors and incoming correspondence and visitors, screens and directs to appropriate personnel. </li><li>Provides information to administrative, management, and classified staff, as well as the general public, ensuring </li></ul> <p>professionalism and confidentiality at all times.</p> <ul> <li>*Responds to inquiries from campus constituents and community stakeholders including fielding questions </li></ul> <p>regarding Office of EEO/TIX sponsored training, data collection and social media and digital initiatives.</p> <ul> <li>*Prepares, executes and manages fiscal, budgetary, human resources related request forms and documents on </li></ul> <p>behalf of the Executive Director in accordance with University policies and procedures.</p> <ul> <li>*Develops and implements procedures to streamline office operations workflow and processes and ensures </li></ul> <p>efficient and effective storage of electronic data and file maintenance systems.</p> <ul> <li>Provides technical and administrative support to the Office of EEO/TIX staff on committee and task force work at </li></ul> <p>the University or in the community, and in policy, legislative mandates, projects and policy development.</p> <ul> <li>Assists the Executive Director or Director (as assigned) in campus-level program development, including direct </li></ul> <p>services and primary prevention initiatives, particularly for Title IX and EEO functions.</p> <ul> <li>Provides administrative support for EEO and Title IX operations and other types of discrimination complaints and </li></ul> <p>investigations as assigned.</p> <ul> <li>Assists in the administration and coordination of training programs for the Office of EEO/TIX. </li><li>Assists with the management of department website content and social media strategy and initiatives. </li><li>Works with University stakeholders to ensure Title IX policies are communicated to all constituencies. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Possession of a baccalaureate degree in business administration, education, public administration, social sciences </li></ul> <p>or related field and 3 years of progressively responsible professional experience with responsibilities for providing</p> <p>program support administration; or any equivalent combination of education and/or professional work experience</p> <p>which provides the required education, knowledge, skills and abilities as indicated.</p> <ul> <li>Considerable working knowledge of principles, practices and techniques in the area of program support </li></ul> <p>administration as demonstrated by the broad knowledge of the full range of pertinent standard and evolving</p> <p>concepts, principles and methodologies.</p> <ul> <li>Considerable working knowledge and understanding of applicable federal and state laws, rules, regulations and </li></ul> <p>theories and systems associated with program support administration.</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated ability to resolve wide ranging complex problems through the use of creative reasoning and logic to </li></ul> <p>accurately determine the cause of the problems and the resolution of the problems in an effective, innovative and</p> <p>timely manner.</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated ability to interpret and present information and ideas clearly and accurately in writing, verbally and </li></ul> <p>by preparation of reports and other materials.</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external </li></ul> <p>organizations, groups, team leaders and members, and individuals.</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated ability to operate a personal computer and apply word processing software. </li><li>If applicable, for supervisory work, demonstrated ability to lead subordinates, manage work priorities and projects, </li></ul> <p>and manage employee relations.</p> <ul> <li>Ability to work with highly confidential information and manage complex and highly sensitive situations. </li></ul> <p>Desirable Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with Title IX and/or EEO policies, rules and regulations. </li></ul> <p>To Apply:</p> <p>Click on the "Apply" button on the top right corner of the screen to complete an application and attach required documents.
