Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to</p> <p>factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the product owner for assigned data products, accountable for accuracy, completeness, usability, </li></ul> <p>and alignment with defined business use cases, in partnership with data engineering, analytics, and</p> <p>business stakeholders.</p> <ul> <li>Define and maintain data product requirements for assigned data products, and apply established success </li></ul> <p>metrics, and quality standards in partnership with business stakeholders, analytics, and IT teams.</p> <ul> <li>Monitor ongoing data health and performance, proactively identifying data quality issues, usage gaps, and </li></ul> <p>opportunities for refinement or improvement, and escalating or partnering as appropriate to address</p> <p>findings.</p> <ul> <li>Analyze and monitor the ongoing business value of data products by assessing adoption, usage and </li></ul> <p>relevance, and surface recommendations to inform enhancement, prioritization, or lifecycle decisions.</p> <ul> <li>Contribute to the design and maintenance of semantic models for data products for assigned data products, </li></ul> <p>including light data transformations, calculated fields, and business logic required to support reporting and</p> <p>analytics for self-contained products, while partnering with data engineering for larger-scale or upstream</p> <p>transformations.</p> <ul> <li>Apply established data structure, documentation, and governance standards to help ensure data products </li></ul> <p>are structured and governed to be AI-ready and enable downstream use by data agents and AI-driven</p> <p>applications where applicable.</p> <ul> <li>Enable and support business users by providing guidance on how to access, interpret, and apply data </li></ul> <p>products effectively in support of decision-making.</p> <ul> <li>Contribute to data product training and enablement, including the creation of curriculum content, learning </li></ul> <p>materials, and pilot or cohort-based training execution to drive adoption and responsible use.</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally to reinforce documentation practices, shared accountability, and responsible </li></ul> <p>data usage, helping ensure data products are well-defined, discoverable, and governed in alignment with</p> <p>established data standards</p> <p>Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required.</p> <p>Years of Experience: 3 years of relevant work experience is required.</p> <p>Software Knowledge:</p> <ul> <li>Basic programming and data querying skills, such as Python, R, and SQL, to support data exploration, validation, and light transformations for data products is required. </li><li>Experience with business intelligence and reporting platforms, such as Power BI and/or Microsoft Fabric is required. </li><li>Experience working with SAP data, including transactional, master, or analytical datasets is preferred. </li><li>Experience working with Salesforce data, such as CRM objects or operational data is preferred. Familiarity with enterprise data catalog and governance tools is required. </li></ul> <p>Additional Requirements:</p> <p>Strong foundational skills required in:</p> <ul> <li>Business analytics and problem-solving.
