<p>Posting Number SAECC4197 Advertised Title Data Management Associate, Human Resources Campus Location Main Campus (Memphis, TN) Position Number Category Staff (Hourly/Monthly) Department Human Resources Minimum Position Qualifications</p> <p>Bachelor's degree and one (1) year of HR, customer service, or data entry experience OR</p> <p>Associate's degree (or a minimum of two (2) years of college) and a minimum of three (3) years of HR, customer service, or data entry experience. Relevant experience may substitute for the required education.</p> <p>Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.</p> <p>Special Conditions</p> <p>The department is especially interested in candidates with a working knowledge of the HR data entry.</p> <p>This position will be a time-limited appointment scheduled to end June 30, 2026, with the possibility of being extended permanently.</p> <p>Work Schedule</p> <p>Monday - Friday</p> <p>8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.</p> <p>May need to work beyond normal schedule during peak periods.</p> <p>Posting Date 05/02/2025 Closing Date 05/19/2025 Open Until Screening Begins No Hiring Range $43,888 per year Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time: Benefits Eligible Working Conditions</p> <p>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle, or feel; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk. The employee is occasionally required to stand; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
