We provide IT managed services, ERP solutions, custom software development and other IT services.</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY</p> <p>LBMC Technology Solutions is currently seeking a Systems Admin/Field Network Engineer 1 - After Hours to add to the team. Qualified candidates will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate technical knowledge to an individual's capacity for understanding. The right person for this role must thrive in a rapidly changing environment, while maintaining a busy workload. Candidates should have technical experience with Microsoft Office 365 migration support, Active Directory administration, Windows Server administration and networking. There will be some local travel, along with remote work.</p> <p>PRIMARY DUTIES | RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Establishes solid working relationships with clients to establish engagement expectations and assess needs. Plans service objectives by determining requirements; defining, assembling, and scheduling required service resources; confirming costs; defining service measurements. </li><li>Resolves issues by obtaining and coordinating reaction among service areas. </li><li>Identifies the most effective means of meeting engagement objectives, including the use of technology and the right mix of procedures and personnel. </li><li>Monitors engagement process, providing corrective action as necessary and promptly identifying changes in engagement scope. </li><li>Ensures engagement work product is neat and well organized. </li><li>Strives to complete engagements timely, within budget and with acceptable realization. </li><li>Demonstrates excellent communication skills in expressing opinions and providing support with team members and clients. </li><li>Possess excellent troubleshooting techniques as they relate to the functional area of expertise. </li><li>Maintains excellent working relationships with other personnel throughout the firm. </li><li>Updates written documentation, how-to documents and standards around support and security initiatives. </li><li>Strive for profitable engagements across the circle of services by managing time wisely. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATION | SKILLS</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of administration/engineer of experience </li><li>Experience on Office 365 Migrations </li><li>Experience with Network/Switching </li><li>Windows Server/Active Directory </li><li>Amazon Web Services experience is a plus. </li><li>Microsoft Azure experience is a plus </li><li>SharePoint Online experience is a plus </li><li>Microsoft, networking, and security certifications are a plus </li><li>Experience with Windows deployment and support </li><li>Experience with end user support </li><li>Attention to detail and strong time management skills </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li></ul>
