<p>Structural Drafter</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>We are seeking a detail-oriented Structural Drafter to support drafting and detailing for precast concrete projects within the commercial construction sector. This role focuses on producing high-quality shop drawings for components such as columns, beams, wall panels, and other precast elements. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative team environment and work closely with engineers, designers, drafters, and clients to ensure accurate and timely project deliverables.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Create detailed and accurate shop drawings for precast concrete projects. </li><li>Support commercial projects including educational facilities, parking structures, stadiums, and more. </li><li>Draft and detail precast elements such as columns, beams, and wall panels. </li><li>Collaborate with engineers, designers, and fellow drafters to interpret project requirements. </li><li>Maintain consistency, accuracy, and quality throughout all construction documents. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Strong proficiency in drafting and developing construction documents. </li><li>Experience using Revit and AutoCAD for structural detailing and shop drawings. </li><li>Understanding of precast concrete systems and structural drafting principles. </li><li>Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural plans. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Associate degree in Architectural Drafting, Mechanical Drafting, or a related technical field. </li><li>Previous experience in precast or structural drafting is a plus. </li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <ul> <li>Collaborative environment working closely with engineers, designers, and other drafters. </li><li>Daily use of Revit and AutoCAD to produce detailed construction documents. </li><li>Involvement in commercial projects with opportunities to contribute to large-scale, high-impact designs. </li><li>Supportive and dynamic team atmosphere focused on quality and efficiency. </li></ul> <p>Job Type & Location</p> <p>This is a Permanent position based out of Slinger, WI.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
