<p>We are looking for</p> <p>For Elbit Cyclone site in Bar-Lev Industrial Zone we are looking for a Mechanical Designer for the Tooling and Fixtures domain</p> <p>This position offers the opportunity to take part in the design of advanced aerospace tooling, contributing to the development and production of high-end aerospace systems in a leading defense company with meaningful technological impact</p> <p>In this role you will</p> <p>Design tools and fixtures for aerospace products</p> <p>Provide engineering support to project setup teams for manufacturing tooling aspects</p> <p>Collaborate with customers in Israel and abroad</p> <p>Maintain tooling design versions in the PLM system</p> <p>Work independently or as part of a team while meeting project, schedule, and quality requirements</p> <p>Be responsible from the concept stage through serial production</p> <p>Prepare and present tooling design reviews</p> <p>Work with various engineering disciplines</p> <p>Support subcontractors during tooling production and provide solutions to arising issues</p> <p>Support periodic audits</p> <p>Define and write maintenance and repair instructions for tools</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>B.Sc. in Engineering (Mechanical or Aeronautical)</p> <p>At least 3 years of experience in mechanical design</p> <p>Familiarity with manufacturing technologies - Advantage</p> <p>Experience in tooling design - Significant advantage</p> <p>Knowledge and understanding of GD&T</p> <p>Proficiency in CATIA environment - Advantage</p> <p>Strong interpersonal skills, initiative, broad system view, and self-learning ability</p> <p>Ability to focus and lead tasks in a multi-tasking and multi-interface environment</p> <p>Determination to meet goals</p> <p>Strong analytical skills</p> <p>Only relevant applications will be answered</p> <p>#Karmiel</p>
