<p>Job Description:</p> <p>Westfield State University Football (NCAA Division III) invites applications for the position of assistant football coach.</p> <p>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Recruiting student-athletes </li><li>Assisting with practice and game preparations </li><li>Coaching an offensive or defensive position </li><li>Other duties assigned by the head coach </li><li>Must be able to abide by conference, NCAA and University policies and regulations </li></ul> <p>This is a part-time, contracted position with no benefits.</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must have a valid driver's license with satisfactory motor vehicle record by insurance standards. </li><li>Qualified candidates must demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills as well as be committed to the policies and regulations of the MASCAC and NCAA Division III. </li></ul> <p>Additional Information:</p> <p>Compensation:</p> <p>This position will begin on or around August 1, 2025 with an anticipated duration of 10 months.
