We are energetic, and our energy draws people to us. </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities of the Parts Driver:</p> <ul> <li>Assists all customers (retail, shop, & wholesale) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. </li><li>Transport parts and deliver them to our parts team. </li><li>Ensure all of our parts are delivered in a timely manner. </li><li>Reviews estimates & invoices to ensure the parts that are ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate. </li><li>Provides high level of service to internal and external customers. </li><li>Pulls and fills orders from stock. </li><li>Notifies parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention. </li><li>Follows up on back-ordered parts. </li><li>Replenishes assigned inventory daily. </li><li>Assists outside sales representatives with the delivery of their orders. </li><li>Makes sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order. </li><li>Keeps orderly records of all repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates, and special order parts as deliveries are made. </li><li>Participates in all training programs that are made available as assigned. </li><li>Keeps current on new products and product updates. </li><li>Participates with the parts manager in maintaining a lost sales tracking program. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications of the Parts Driver:</p> <ul> <li>Clean driving record with valid/current Driver License. </li><li>High School graduate or GED a MUST. </li><li>Experience in similar positions, 1+ year(S) preferred. </li><li>Completion of negative drug screen. </li><li>Completion of acceptable background investigation. </li></ul>
