We are currently searching for a Corporate Accountant to work at one of Envolve Client Services Group Corporate offices.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for revenue billing for multiple Corporate entities. </li><li>Responsible for reconciling Accounts Receivable subsidiary including but not limited to researching discrepancies. </li><li>Responsible for collecting revenue billings from internal and external customers. </li><li>Review and analyze transactions from Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable to ensure they have been accurately coded and recorded. </li><li>Prepare and record journal entries to the General Ledger. Review periodic reports of general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and correct errors prior to close of accounting period. </li><li>Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules. </li><li>Analyze the Balance Sheet and Income Statement accounts for accuracy include monthly variance explanation reporting. </li><li>Manage working capital and work with AP and AR to investigate, resolve and/or report on discrepancies and manage cash for the corporate entity. </li><li>Assist in certain financial and operational reporting requests on recurring and as needed basis </li><li>other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Education and Work Experience Requirements</p> <ul> <li>BA or BS in Accounting </li><li>1-3 years in accounting, audit, or treasury related field </li><li>Accounts receivable or equivalent work experience in an accounting environment preferred </li><li>CPA preferred, not required </li></ul> <p>Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability:</p> <ul> <li>Advanced skills with MS Excel </li><li>Basic skills with MS Outlook and Word </li><li>Must be detail oriented and results driven </li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills </li><li>Strong knowledge of GAAP </li><li>Experience with audit process </li><li>Experience with Yardi preferred </li></ul> <p>Pay Rate: $38.46</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance </li><li>Short and Long Term Disability Plans </li><li>Company Paid Life Insurance </li><li>401k Plan </li><li>Paid Holidays </li><li>Paid Time Off </li></ul> <p>Background Screening and Drug Test Required</p> <p>EOE Minorities/Females/Disabled/Veterans</p>
