If you're ready to be part of a dynamic and growing organization, apply now!</p> <p>Shift Details:</p> <ul> <li>4 on, 4 off rotating days to nights </li><li>Pay: Based on experience </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Obtain and maintain an active Basic Industrial Water Treatment License from the state of Arkansas </li><li>Actively contribute as a positive team member and support collaborative efforts </li><li>Learn and adhere to safety requirements related to water and wastewater systems </li><li>Become familiar with flow diagrams and key system components </li><li>Operate and maintain mechanical, electrical, and energized equipment </li><li>Follow all required emergency procedures for safety </li><li>Assist with maintenance tasks for the water and wastewater systems </li><li>Handle and manage chemicals safely, using proper PPE at all times </li><li>Report any system abnormalities, malfunctions, or damage promptly </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to make quick, accurate, and safe decisions in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Eagerness to learn, adapt, and apply new knowledge </li><li>Excellent communication skills and team player attitude </li><li>Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and willingness to work extra hours when needed </li><li>Experience with mobile equipment (Rough Terrain, Man Lift, Forklift, Carry Deck, or Broaderson) is a plus </li><li>Basic computer skills </li></ul> <p>Our partner company offers a comprehensive benefits package, which will be shared with you upon hire.
