<p>Clinical Pharmacist - Inpatient Pharmacy</p> <p>Clinically progressive, forward thinking pharmacy department is recruiting for a full-time inpatient care clinical pharmacist that will have advanced practice responsibilities throughout various hospital service lines. The position assists in the development and implementation of appropriate pharmacy policies and procedures; develops agenda and presents recommendations to Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee; maintains IV guidelines and other therapeutic guidelines; develops and implements changes to medication order sets within the EMR by committee, among other advanced pharmacy practices.</p> <p>This is an excellent opportunity to practice clinical pharmacy the way it is meant to be practiced…with emphasis on fully utilizing your clinical training and skills in the care of patients.
