You design and deliver warehouse management solutions to solve complex supply chain challenges. With a background in system implementation and optimization, you excel in building efficient processes, leading teams, and collaborating with clients. Your combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and leadership ensures successful outcomes in warehousing and distribution projects.</p> <p>The Work:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead the design and deployment of Manhattan WMS solutions to optimize warehousing and distribution operations.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored strategies for enhanced supply chain performance.</p> </li><li> <p>Use Manhattan WMS to improve warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage project teams, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Support process improvement initiatives, leveraging data analytics and automation tools.</p> </li><li> <p>Contribute to business development efforts, including client presentations and proposal development.</p> </li><li> <p>Build and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in integrating Manhattan solutions with broader supply chain systems to create seamless workflows.</p> </li><li> <p>Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Here's What You Need:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum of 4 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 1 year focused on Manhattan WMS.</p> </li><li> <p>A Bachelor's Degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, or a related field.</p> </li><li> <p>Hands-on experience with Manhattan WMS configuration, implementation, and optimization.</p> </li></ul> <p>Bonus Points If:</p> <ul> <li> <p>You have experience with Manhattan WMS modules such as Labor Management or Inventory Optimization.</p> </li><li> <p>You are skilled in integrating Manhattan solutions with automation systems and other digital tools.</p> </li><li> <p>You hold Lean or Six Sigma qualifications.</p> </li><li> <p>You have experience with analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx to drive insights.</p> </li><li> <p>You are pursuing or have earned an MBA or equivalent graduate degree.</p> </li><li> <p>You have a track record of managing diverse teams and delivering client success.</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
