We invite you to be part of our Company where you can grow your career and serve with your heart.</p> <p>In our time of Company growth, we seek a Phlebotomist.</p> <p>Work Location: Bradenton, FL</p> <p>As part of this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Maintains positive effective communication with providers, supervisors, peers, and subordinates </li><li>Procures specimens proficiently, i.e., venipuncture, heel-stick, finger stick, and patient instruction for collection of other body fluid </li><li>Knowledgeable regarding Universal Precautions and Aseptic Technique </li><li>Processes specimens for testing or shipment to a regional lab </li><li>Performs proper collection procedure for DOT drug screens, Chain of Custody, and routine collections </li></ul> <p>What you need to bring to this role:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of a High School diploma or GED </li><li>Active FL Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License required </li><li>Active FL Phlebotomy Certificate preferred </li><li>1+ years' experience working clinically as a CNA </li><li>Current BLS Certification through the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or American Safety and Health Institute Required </li></ul>
