As a Clover Hospitality POS Onboarding Manager, you will be the face of Clover for new restaurant customers, ensuring they receive a seamless onboarding experience. Through your expertise, you will empower hospitality businesses to streamline operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and grow their bottom-line using Clover's all-in-one solution. You will embody our commitment to innovation, reliability, and a customer-first mindset.</p> <p>What you will do:</p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage the full installation of Clover POS systems, including hardware setup, networking configuration, and integration of digital tools. </li><li>Deliver comprehensive, in-person training for restaurant owners, managers, and staff on day-to-day system usage, workflows, and best practices. </li><li>Serve as a trusted partner post-implementation for 30 days, providing follow-up visits, troubleshooting, ongoing training, and support. </li><li>Build deep relationships with restaurant customers to understand their unique operations and business goals. </li><li>Collaborate with Sales reps in your region to coordinate customer outreach and align on customer success strategies. </li><li>Work closely with Support Teams, other Onboarding Managers, and Customer Success Managers to share knowledge and support long-term retention. </li><li>Assist with remote pre/post-install configuration, including menu building, settings, floor plans, and onboarding digital products. </li><li>Act as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback and feature requests with Product Teams. </li></ul> <p>What you will need to have:</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in POS systems, Digital Restaurant Tools, and/or Payment Solutions within a restaurant or hospitality setting. </li><li>3+ years of experience in leading in-person training sessions for restaurant teams. </li><li>3+ years of experience troubleshooting networking, hardware, and system setup issues. </li><li>3+ years of experience in building trust-based relationships with local business owners and their teams. </li><li>Relevant experience in a related field such as restaurant management, or equivalent military experience. </li></ul> <p>What would be great to have:</p> <ul> <li>6+ years of experience with restaurant operations and workflows, including front- and back-of-house dynamics. </li><li>6+ years of experience in managing multiple installations and customer touchpoints simultaneously. </li><li>6+ years of experience in managing time-to-processing and improving customer go-live timelines. </li><li>6+ years of experience in leveraging data to influence customer sentiment scores and improve onboarding outcomes. </li><li>Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent certification in networking. </li></ul> <p>Perks at Work:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive base salary and performance-based bonuses. </li><li>Comprehensive health, dental, and vision plans. </li><li>Work travel and per diem budgets. </li><li>401(k) with company match and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. </li><li>Paid parental leave and generous time-off programs. </li><li>Holistic wellness initiatives and mental health resources. </li><li>Employee resource groups for community and support. </li><li>Opportunities for career growth and ongoing professional development. </li><li>Work with a passionate team making a real impact in the hospitality industry. </li></ul> <p>Important information about this role:</p> <ul> <li>This role is field-based, requiring travel within your assigned geography (NYC, Miami, San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Chicago) to visit restaurants and support installations. </li><li>In order to be considered, you must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without need for sponsorship, now or in the future. </li><li>This is a full-time, direct-hire position, and no contract options for unsolicited agency submissions will be considered. </li><li>All offers of employment are contingent on standard background checks.
