Responsible for receiving of inventory and ensuring quality standards are met per the policies and standards of Pacific Seafood.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Ensure smooth product receiving by scheduling dock appointments for orderly receiving of product. </li><li>Direct dock activities; coordinate staff scheduling to appropriately meet docks needs. </li><li>Maintain and enforce dock safety rules. </li><li>Oversee all APC receiving. </li><li>Monitor landing quality of all products received. </li><li>Schedule catch monitor for Warrenton offloads. </li><li>Ensure HACCP and SSOP's are met and rigorously enforce standards of sanitation and product handling. </li><li>Track quota deliveries per NOAA and state regulations. </li><li>Follow details on NOAA's catch monitor plans. </li><li>Count product, verifying amount received. </li><li>Issue fish ticket numbers for all deliveries. </li><li>Complete and submit E-Tickets. </li><li>Ensure all products are labeled properly. </li><li>Monitor fuel facility; maintain adequate fuel inventory. </li><li>Monitor ice house. </li><li>Assist with receiving and product transfer between facilities. </li><li>Review inventory with plant manager. </li><li>Maintain fisherman/vendor relationships by meeting performance standards. </li><li>Perform other duties, as assigned. </li></ul> <p>What You Bring to Pacific Seafood</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED </li><li>Minimum one year related experience and/or training. </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Prior experience with HACCP, COOL Act, or other food safety programs. </li><li>HACCP or other Food Safety certification. </li><li>Fork-Lift Certification </li></ul> <p>Pay Range: $22.45 - $28.52 per hour</p> <p>Total Compensation:</p> <p>At Pacific Seafood, your base wage is only a portion of your overall compensation package.
