<p>About this role:</p> <p>Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to support the Enterprise Advice and Planning Product within the Wealth and Investment Management Organization. As a Senior Scrum Master, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of one or more scrum teams, ensuring that the team(s) meet their sprint commitments. In addition to being a servant leader and coach for the team, you will also be responsible for removing impediments, facilitating scrum ceremonies, and ensuring that the team adheres to scrum values and principles. As a Senior Scrum Master, you will also be responsible for mentoring and coaching other Scrum Masters. Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com.</p> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Facilitate the scrum process with cross functional impact that involve moderately complex projects, non-projects, or maintenance work</p> </li><li> <p>Guide the scrum teams to follow Agile and Scrum practices to actively promote prioritization, team readiness, and commitment for each Sprint</p> </li><li> <p>Optimize scrum team velocity to identify improvement opportunities to achieve higher levels of team performance</p> </li><li> <p>Deliver capabilities using agile practices while also following the Software Development Lifecycle, business process mapping, and various release processes as appropriate to ensure all risk, security, and development requirements are met</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with discipline managers about governance policies and adherence to corporate standards</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate the Scrum Agile ceremonies for the teams</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with product owners, program or project managers to communicate delivery of work product from the team and escalate key risks and issues impeding scrum team effectiveness</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals</p> </li><li> <p>Interact with internal customers</p> </li><li> <p>Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>4+ years of Agile Scrum Master experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education</p> </li><li> <p>4+ years working in an Agile environment</p> </li><li> <p>4+ years of experience facilitating Scrum Ceremonies and/or Kanban</p> </li><li> <p>4+ years of hands-on experience with Jira</p> </li></ul> <p>Desired Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>4+ years of experience leading teams through Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)</p> </li><li> <p>4+ years in building JQL, managing, delivering JIRA boards and dashboards</p> </li><li> <p>4+ years of experience working in a Product centric structure</p> </li><li> <p>4+ years of end-to-end project execution and delivery</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Good understanding of Product construct and product development life cycle.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven ability to influence customer-centric and product-centric decisions while building a collaborative point of view on the same.</p> </li></ul> <p>Job Expectations:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Position offers a hybrid work schedule</p> </li><li> <p>Relocation assistance is not available for this position</p> </li><li> <p>This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship</p> </li></ul> <p>Locations:</p> <ul> <li> <p>300 S Brevard St.- Charlotte, North Carolina 28202</p> </li><li> <p>2801 Market St., F & L Bldg.- Saint Louis, Missouri 63103</p> </li><li> <p>550 S 4th St.- Minneapolis, MN 55415</p> </li></ul> <p>Pay Range</p> <p>Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position.
