<p>About this role:</p> <p>Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to support the Enterprise Advice and Planning Product within the Wealth and Investment Management Organization. As a Senior Scrum Master, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of one or more scrum teams, ensuring that the team(s) meet their sprint commitments. In addition to being a servant leader and coach for the team, you will also be responsible for removing impediments, facilitating scrum ceremonies, and ensuring that the team adheres to scrum values and principles. As a Senior Scrum Master, you will also be responsible for mentoring and coaching other Scrum Masters.
