Staffed by our talented team of leading professionals, The Hospital of Central Connecticut provides a wide array of services throughout the region, caring for patients from birth through the end of life.</p> <p>Position Description</p> <p>The Rehabilitation/Mobility Aide provides safe and appropriate basic patient care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist. As a member of the rehabilitation team, the Rehab Aide supports a safe and positive patient experience by assisting in the delivery of care and performing delegated multi-skilled basic patient care services.</p> <p>The Rehab Aide provides support and assistance to licensed Rehabilitation Therapists in areas such as (but not limited to): mobility, ADLs (Activities of Daily Living), movement and ambulation, and positioning.
