May administer topical medications per treatment requirements.</p> <p>Job Requirements</p> <p>a. Minimum Education Requirement :</p> <p>b. Minimum Experience Requirement :</p> <p>On the job training is provided. Excellent customer service skills.</p> <p>c. Minimum License Requirement :</p> <p>Current California license as a COTA. NBCOT certification. Will accept limited permit with pending board examinations providing adequate supervision is available until therapist is licensed. BLS required. Annual 2 hours of stroke education required for those working at QVH.</p> <p>Shift: 7:30am - 4:00p (Sunday-Thursday)</p> <p>Delivering world-class health care one patient at a time.</p> <p>Pay Range:</p> <p>$26.80 - $40.20</p>
