<p>What We Look For...</p> <p>We are in search of a friendly, customer service oriented Reservations Coordinator who, through our phone support services and reservations systems, can provide quality guest service to our internal and external hotel guests.</p> <p>The Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Meet and exceed guest and team member expectations by providing Legendary Service and team work </li><li>Operating hotel switchboard, telephone program, two-way radios, hotel ordering system </li><li>Greet all callers with a warm and sincere greeting </li><li>Anticipate and recognize individual guest needs </li><li>Pass on requests in a timely and accurate manner to appropriate colleagues </li><li>Answer all incoming switchboard calls, greeting callers in the defined manner, directing calls to the appropriate guest room or hotel personnel </li><li>Be aware of daily events, restaurant, entertainment and special events in hotel area </li><li>Operate PBX as the main command center in the event of an emergency </li><li>Update all reservations comments and alerts </li><li>Assist the Front Desk with miscellaneous tasks such as but not limited to: filing, copying, word processing </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Previous front desk, reservations, and/or hospitality experience preferred </li></ul> <p>Be Bold.
