In this environment, teamwork drives innovation, professional development is supported, and each contribution is valued in shaping the future of manufacturing.</p> <p>About the Role:</p> <ul> <li>Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide variety of machinery, including but not limited to CNC machines, circumferential stir welders, EDM machines, and ultrasonic tanks. </li><li>Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance and minimize downtime. </li><li>Collaborate with production teams to address equipment issues and implement solutions that improve efficiency. </li><li>Utilize technical documentation and schematics to diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system failures. </li><li>Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment while maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards. </li></ul> <p>About You:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 7 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably with CNC or advanced manufacturing equipment. </li><li>Technical certifications in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or a related field. </li><li>Proficiency in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, including PLCs, motors, sensors, and hydraulics. </li><li>Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations in a manufacturing environment. </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong problem-solving skills. </li></ul> <p>Nice to haves, but not required:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with advanced automation systems or robotics. </li><li>Background in vibration analysis, thermal imaging, or predictive maintenance techniques. </li><li>Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance tracking and reporting. </li></ul>
