Acting as a key advocate for both the client and Broadridge, this role is instrumental in building and sustaining strong, collaborative partnerships. The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) will serve as a trusted business partner, addressing complex client needs, driving strategic discussions, resolving escalations, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.</p> <p>We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work from home.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Relationship Management:</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic Bank and Broker client(s), cultivating high-value, long-term relationships and acting as a trusted advisor for our client's day-to-day activities for the Proxy and PostSale business.</p> </li><li> <p>Strategic Business Reviews:</p> </li><li> <p>Plan and lead regular strategic account reviews.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide insights into contractual elements, potential business opportunities, and value-driven solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Recommend product enhancements and business efficiency.</p> </li><li> <p>Client Change Management:</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with clients and internal cross-functional teams to coordinate and execute changes in services, deliverables, or operational workflows.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure seamless implementation of client-driven initiatives which includes although not limited to:</p> </li><li> <p>Account set-ups</p> </li><li> <p>Customization to shareholder communications - hard copy and email delivery.</p> </li><li> <p>Client advocate providing business updates - enhancements and change management supporting the client and their advisors.</p> </li><li> <p>Executive and Stakeholder Engagement:</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate effectively across all levels within the client organization, including senior executives.</p> </li><li> <p>Represent Broadridge professionally and proactively in all client interactions.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 4 years of experience in client service, account management, or financial services.</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with project management, contract lifecycle management, and BETA back-office systems preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret and discuss complex financial products and services.</p> </li><li> <p>Outstanding communication skills-both verbal and written-with strong presentation abilities.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams, functions, and leadership levels.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.</p> </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000.
