<p>Make a Difference</p> <p>The Lead Radiologic Technologist performs leadership duties associated with the daily operations of the Radiology department.</p> <p>Exceptional Skills</p> <ul> <li>Assist with planning and issuing a staff work schedule. </li><li>Serves as a department preceptor and orientation coordinator. </li><li>Serves as a department resource person and liaison with ancillary departments. </li><li>Facilitates the needed training for new equipment. </li><li>Oversees the quality and completeness of all imaging procedures. </li><li>Provide optimal patient care remaining sensitive to the needs of patients through patient assessment and monitoring. </li><li>Demonstrate proper use and knowledge of all department equipment, positioning devices, patient care items and patient monitoring devices. </li><li>Ability to build, motivate, and lead a high performing team. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology (required) </li><li>Required CertIfications/Licensures: Radiologic Technologist by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA), Certified Radiography (R)(ARRT)) </li><li>2+ years Radiology clinical experience (required) </li><li>1+ years Leadership or supervisory experience (preferred) </li></ul> <p>Why Community?</p> <p>At Community Health Network, we build teams that deliver exceptional care through empathy, communication and collaboration.
