If you're ready to make a significant impact and promote safe behaviors, this is the perfect opportunity for you!</p> <p>How You'll Make an Impact</p> <ul> <li> <p>Act as a coach and advisor to the supervision team on HSE management.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HSE regulations.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain and execute HSE management systems, conduct inspections and audits, and manage corrective actions.</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee incident reporting, investigation, and analysis programs.</p> </li><li> <p>Analyze and monitor trends in incidents, inspections, audits, and corrective measures.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and implement various HSE programs and procedures.</p> </li><li> <p>Promote employee and supervisor awareness and safe behaviors.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in HSE strategic planning and risk mitigation.</p> </li></ul> <p>Your Background</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental, or Occupational Health Sciences.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 2 years of relevant HSE experience, preferably in manufacturing.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong leadership, interpersonal, and influencing skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent oral and written communication skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and plant-specific software systems.</p> </li></ul> <p>More About Us</p> <p>At Hitachi Energy, we are committed to fostering a culture of safety and integrity.
