Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, performance, location and salary range at the time of the offer.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Manage emergency services activities and resources.</p> <ul> <li>Develop specific departmental goals, standards and objectives. </li><li>Assess quality of patient care and coordinate patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments. </li><li>Manage staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict management. </li><li>Perform and oversees scheduling, recruitment, and payroll. </li><li>Monitor departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts and vendor relations. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Licensure / Certification / Registration:</p> <ul> <li>BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
