<ul> <li>For Immediate Hire* </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: $85,000 - $105,000 / year</p> <p>Project Location: Charleston, SC</p> <p>Job Type: Full-Time</p> <p>CONSTRUCTION MANAGER REPRESENTATIVE - NATIONAL PARK SERVICES</p> <p>We are seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Manager Representative to join our team on a National Park Services Project in Charleston, South Carolina.</p> <p>A summary of the major tasks is listed below.</p> <p>Construction Period Phase</p> <p>i. Monitoring project financial data and budgetary cost accounting</p> <p>ii. Construction documentation</p> <p>iii. Construction Phase scheduling</p> <p>iii. Progress Meetings leading project team</p> <p>iv. Assisting in issue resolution.</p> <p>v. Testing and Inspection Services</p> <p>vi. Review of contractor progress payment requests</p> <p>vi. Performing additional construction-related services</p> <p>vii. Claims Analysis and Resolution Services</p> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Licensing: none required</p> </li><li> <p>Certification: OSHA 30</p> </li><li> <p>Experience: Minimum of?5 years of experience in both design and construction</p> </li><li> <p>Prior experience working with National Parks Services or Federal Government Projects</p> </li><li> <p>Processing change orders, requests for information, submittals, and field observation reports.</p> </li><li> <p>Managing historic restoration projects</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge: Able to quickly understand and master</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledgeable in site, civil, and marine construction.</p> </li><li> <p>Requirements of local state and federal jurisdictions in relation to the Project.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with applicable safety regulations, OSHA</p> </li><li> <p>Construction Contract Documents including Front End and Technical Specifications and Drawings to readily understand and assess the requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Working knowledge of engineering services, building codes, budgeting, and scheduling to lead to the projects success.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working with Construction Management software</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with MS Word, Excel, Adobe PDF, MS Project and any other software programs typically utilized for construction management services.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with estimating software programs (eg.
