<p>The principal purpose of the Procurement Analyst is to provide analytical and administrative support to the procurement team. We are a growing team and are seeking an individual that can support procurement-related activities as well as interact with all levels and functions of the organization. Organization and communication are paramount to the success of this role.</p> <p>The Procurement Analyst will be responsible for providing usage analyses; market analysis; supplier identification and relationship management; execution support of the RFI/RFP and competitive bid process; contract and price negotiations; and the day-to-day management of assigned programs to drive savings, improve business processes and comply with all corporate, legal and regulatory policies. The Procurement Analyst will support and drive cross-functional sourcing agenda and drive alignment between category strategies and the needs and requirements of the business.</p> <p>The Procurement Analyst will function as an individual contributor and will collaborate with all resources within the Global Procurement Organization. In addition, the Procurement Analyst will work closely with business unit leadership and will lead or participate on cross functional teams to develop strategic procurement strategies and solutions that align to the business unit strategies. To accomplish this, the Procurement Analyst will need to collaborate and build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.</p> <p>Key Accountabilities</p> <p>Category and Supplier Management</p> <ul> <li> <p>Analyzes spend data, usage trends, and market dynamics to support category planning</p> </li><li> <p>Assists with end-to-end contract renewals, coordinating with stakeholders, business partners, and suppliers</p> </li><li> <p>Manages day-to-day activities of preferred supplier programs, tracking updates, and communications</p> </li><li> <p>Execute updates of preferred suppliers in internal procurement hub by managing individual supplier pages</p> </li><li> <p>Conducts analyses and maintains regular reports on spend, supplier performance, and preferred supplier programs</p> </li><li> <p>Onboard new suppliers and update records in various systems</p> </li></ul> <p>Stakeholder and Requirements Management</p> <ul> <li> <p>Acts as a liaison between Procurement and business units to support clear definition and delivery of category management activities</p> </li><li> <p>Builds and maintains strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their requirements and considerations are captured in sourcing and category plans</p> </li><li> <p>Assists in preparing project plans, communicates timelines and responsibilities, and helps keep stakeholders aligned</p> </li><li> <p>Supports regular updates to stakeholders, including project progress and executive communications as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Promotes adoption of preferred supplier programs and category strategies by fostering collaboration with stakeholders and addressing questions or concerns</p> </li><li> <p>Supports achievement of goals and deadlines by tracking tasks, following up on actions, and escalating issues when needed</p> </li></ul> <p>Core Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provides support across all areas of the Procurement function, assisting with ad-hoc tasks or special initiatives as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Manages day-to-day Procurement activities, ensuring smooth execution of departmental processes and preferred supplier programs</p> </li><li> <p>Works across multiple internal systems and tools to gather, analyze, and manage data in support of Procurement activities and reporting</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains accurate documentation and tracking to support team operations</p> </li><li> <p>Assists in coordinating with all levels of the business on new projects, helping gather requirements and ensuring Procurement activities are aligned with business needs</p> </li><li> <p>Supports business units by providing guidance on Procurement processes, answering questions, and helping ensure compliance with policies and preferred supplier programs</p> </li><li> <p>Participates in team activities, applies guidance, and contributes to achieving overall departmental goals</p> </li></ul> <p>Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a remote, cross-region environment</p> <p>Job Requirements & Qualifications</p> <p>Education</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree </li></ul> <p>Previous Experience</p> <ul> <li> <p>This is an entry level procurement role</p> </li><li> <p>The ideal candidate will excel in data analysis and have great interpersonal and communication skills. A desire to grow within the procurement landscape is required</p> </li><li> <p>A background in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or other related fields is preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Consulting experience is plus</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working for a top Commercial Real Estate Services firm a plus</p> </li><li> <p>Proven experience in working with, presenting, and influencing all levels of the organization is a plus</p> </li></ul> <p>Targeted Competencies</p> <ul> <li> <p>Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making</p> </li><li> <p>Proactive problem solver who uses data to inform thoughtful solutions</p> </li><li> <p>Effective communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels of the organization</p> </li><li> <p>Eager to learn and take on new challenges</p> </li><li> <p>Builds productive working relationships to support team and business objectives</p> </li><li> <p>Willingness to embrace new technologies, adapt to market changes, and continuously learn and develop new skills</p> </li><li> <p>Meticulous approach to detail and spotting errors</p> </li></ul> <p>Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 annually</p> <ul> <li> <p>The expected base salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $85,000 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held.
