Our company is committed to delivering high-quality services anywhere, anytime.</p> <p>Primary Position Duties:</p> <ul> <li>• Serve as a working Crew Manager, leading the crew in executing daily production plans safely and effectively. </li><li>Ensure proper issuance, usage, and reporting of materials according to company policies. </li><li>Oversee the appropriate use, storage, and maintenance of company tools and equipment. </li><li>Assign crew members to operate excavators, drills, plows, and other equipment based on their skills and project requirements. </li><li>Set up job sites to maintain efficient daily and weekly production. </li><li>Interpret and comply with right-of-way restrictions. </li><li>Ensure potholing procedures are followed according to company and industry standards. </li><li>Maintain safe work environments and ensure all tasks are carried out safely. </li><li>Read and interpret maps to guide work execution. </li><li>Independently solve problems and adhere to leadership direction. </li><li>Comply with OSHA safety regulations to complete jobs safely and effectively. </li><li>Maintain regular communication via phone throughout the workday. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li><li>Train employees on specific job tasks to foster individual and company growth. </li><li>Collaborate effectively with market leaders, peers, and direct reports. </li></ul> <p>Position Requirements:</p> <p>Working Conditions:</p> <ul> <li>The employee will primarily work in the field. </li><li>The job requires working outdoors in various weather conditions. </li><li>Exposure to dust, fluctuating temperatures, and periodic high noise levels may occur. </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.</p> <ul> <li>Use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools, or controls. </li><li>Reach with hands and arms. </li><li>Stand, talk, and hear frequently. </li></ul> <p>Travel:</p> <ul> <li>Travel to other project sites in different states may be required to assist with new project start-ups. </li><li>Travel will be for a 28-day period </li></ul> <p>Education or Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience operating directional drills is required. </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li><li>Combination of technical training and/or relevant experience. </li><li>Previous experience in a construction environment is preferred. </li><li>Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position. </li><li>Flexibility to work nights and weekends, if necessary. </li><li>Ability to work in all weather conditions. </li><li>Valid driver's license. </li><li>Authorized to work in the United States. </li><li>Must pass drug, background, Department of Transportation (DOT), and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screenings. </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <p>This is a full time position with access to our comprehensive benefits which include paid time off (PTO), medical, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability, and life insurance, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and 401(k).</p> <p>EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER:</p> <p>NATIONAL OnDemand, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
