This Position is located in Conover, NC.</p> <p>What You Will Do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanning equipment, ensuring safety and timeliness.</p> </li><li> <p>Be proficient in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to follow established procedures.</p> </li><li> <p>Review and complete orders according to established guidelines. Retrieve merchandise from bins or shelves.</p> </li><li> <p>Read order forms to confirm the numbers, sizes, colors, and quantities of merchandise.</p> </li><li> <p>Inspect inventory items for defects before preparing them for shipment. Transport materials to departments using hand trucks, carts, pallet jacks, lift equipment, or conveyors.</p> </li><li> <p>Place merchandise in totes, shipper cartons, carts, or pallets to be processed in packing or wrapping stations before being loaded onto shipping trucks or containers.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform additional duties as assigned.</p> </li></ul> <p>Who You Are</p> <ul> <li> <p>Must be able to read, write and speak English; required for the safe and effective performance of the job.</p> </li><li> <p>Prior warehouse forklift experience is preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Basic math aptitude.</p> </li><li> <p>Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to perform heavy and repetitive lifting, with up to 60 pounds required.</p> </li><li> <p>High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</p> </li></ul> <p>What We Can Offer You</p> <p>Our purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-Being, provides meaning to everything we do.
