<p>Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Ensure delivery of all mail, packages, and office supplies daily. </li><li>Ensure all packages and accountable mail is tracked and signed for. </li><li>Ensure effective, timely and communicated sweeps including a posted "Last Run of the Day" sweep. </li><li>Ensure all mail and packages - via USPS, UPS (World Ship shipments, UPS online Campus Ship Shipments), are properly prepared and posted. </li><li>Ensure all International shipments are properly packaged and shipped to include commercial invoice. </li><li>Notify client contact when postage meter needs to be refilled and ensure meter is updated. </li><li>Coordinate any Priority Mailings - sort & prepare materials for mailing or shipping via USPS, UPS, etc. </li><li>Maintain inventory of all necessary supplies. </li><li>Man customer service window for employee personal shipments and maintain logs. </li><li>Maintain all required logs for site operation. </li><li>Other duties as assigned by management </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or equivalent (GED). </li><li>Minimum of 2-5 years Mail services related experience preferred with knowledge of commonly used Office Services procedures. </li><li>1-3 years' experience with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc.). </li><li>Excellent customer service skills; must possess a "can do" attitude. </li><li>Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. </li><li>Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment. </li><li>Competency in performing multiple functional tasks. </li><li>Attention to detail. </li><li>Ability to handle mail or hand cart, as well as flatbed. </li><li>Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. </li></ul>
