We are looking for an Account Executive to spearhead our sales efforts, focusing on small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). You will play a crucial role in Workstream's sales strategy by booking partner meetings, prospecting new franchisee clients, conducting new franchisee sales presentations and demonstrations, negotiating new franchisee contracts, and closing new franchisee deals.</p> <p>Work Environment</p> <ul> <li>Fully onsite, office-based role (5 days a week), designed to support close collaboration with the sales team and cross-functional partners. Being in the office enables faster decision-making, stronger team alignment, and real-time collaboration essential for building and scaling our sales motion. </li><li>Fast-paced, collaborative sales floor environment </li><li>Daily in-person interaction with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams </li></ul> <p>Day in the Life</p> <ul> <li>Account Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers, understanding their business needs to position our SaaS solutions effectively </li><li>Pipeline Management: Drive the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing deals, ensuring an accurate and healthy pipeline </li><li>Performance Tracking: Monitor sales KPIs and deliver regular performance updates, using data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement </li><li>Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and SMB market challenges to adapt strategies and position our offerings as the preferred choice </li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align on goals, share feedback, and deliver exceptional customer experiences </li><li>Team Building: Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new sales team members to cultivate a high-performing sales culture </li></ul> <p>Who You Are</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record in SMB markets and sales </li><li>Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed targets </li><li>Strong business acumen and understanding of SMB challenges and needs </li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills </li><li>Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics </li><li>Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment </li><li>Able and committed to working onsite in the office five days a week </li></ul> <p>What We Offer</p> <ul> <li>A mission-driven and value-based company dedicated to empower deskless workers and local businesses </li><li>An early employee opportunity at a Series B hyper-growth startup; work with the founding team and industry veterans to accelerate your career </li><li>Competitive salary and equity </li><li>Comprehensive health coverage: medical, dental, and vision. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidate's compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.</p>
