We are currently seeking a Research and Development Engineer to join our passionate team in Maple Grove, MN.</p> <p>Pay: $46.50/hr. | Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Contribute to project teams through product design, development, testing, research, and documentation. </li><li>Plan, schedule, and complete engineering activities independently to meet deadlines. </li><li>Design and conduct engineering tests/experiments; develop tooling and fixtures; troubleshoot product/process issues. </li><li>Analyze test results, summarize findings, and prepare technical reports. </li><li>Maintain accurate engineering and quality documentation. </li><li>Create and submit new product/process concepts and disclosures. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success. </li><li>Train or provide direction to technicians when needed. </li><li>Ensure compliance with all quality systems and requirements. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>2-4 years of experience with a BS in Mechanical or Bioengineering. </li><li>Molded component development experience preferred. </li><li>Proficiency with CAD software and MS Office. </li><li>Knowledge of PDP/TPD systems. </li><li>Medical Device experience highly preferred. </li><li>Must have CAD/SolidWorks experience. </li></ul> <p>Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance, a 401(k)-retirement savings plan, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), commuter/parking accounts, Health Savings Account (HSA), and AD&D insurance, and People Perks (additional employee discounts).</p> <p>Advance your career while contributing to life-changing medical technology.
