<p>About this role:</p> <p>Wells Fargo is seeking a...</p> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead complex initiatives for business development including those that are cross-functional with broad impact and act as key participant in large scale planning initiatives and growth opportunities in assigned markets</p> </li><li> <p>Review, analyze, and research complex, multi-faceted business challenges within Business Growth Strategy functional area which require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors</p> </li><li> <p>Identify and select best channels and product combinations to improve effectiveness and efficiency of coverage in marketplaces to meet the unique needs of customers</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure adherence with compliance regulations and policies within Business Growth Strategy functional area</p> </li><li> <p>Make decisions on complex and multi-faceted development and growth strategies for designated markets requiring solid understanding of Business Growth Strategy functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that influence and lead team to meet business objectives, deliverables and drive new initiatives</p> </li><li> <p>Strategically collaborate and consult with Business Growth Strategy mid-level to senior managers, colleagues, stakeholders, bankers, brokers, business leaders, and community leaders, including internal or external customers, to resolve issues, achieve growth in market share, and meet customer needs; serve as a peer mentor</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of Business Growth Strategy experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education </li></ul> <p>Desired Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>3 + years of management experience including coaching, training, and mentoring</p> </li><li> <p>3+ years of experience working in the Financial Services Industry in an investments product or similar role</p> </li><li> <p>Requires deep understanding of investment products and services in RIA marketplace including:</p> </li><li> <p>SMA/UMA</p> </li><li> <p>Models marketplace</p> </li><li> <p>Direct Indexing</p> </li><li> <p>Alts</p> </li><li> <p>Equities / MFs / ETFs</p> </li><li> <p>Fixed Income</p> </li><li> <p>Provides competitive intelligence of custody landscape</p> </li><li> <p>Internal and external face of Wells Fargo RIA solutions for investments</p> </li><li> <p>Strong presentation skills</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent program management and organization skills including the ability to manage across multiple projects and partners.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members</p> </li><li> <p>Experience operating effectively in a geographically dispersed organization</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of customers, team members and management</p> </li><li> <p>Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment</p> </li></ul> <p>Job Expectations:</p> <ul> <li> <p>This position offers a hybrid work schedule</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to travel up to 15% of the time</p> </li><li> <p>Registration for Series 7 must be completed within 90 days of hire date</p> </li></ul> <p>Posting Locations:</p> <ul> <li> <p>2801 Market St - St. Louis, MO</p> </li><li> <p>401 S Tryon St - Charlotte, North Carolina</p> </li></ul> <p>Posting End Date:</p> <p>19 May 2025</p> <ul> <li>Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants. </li></ul> <p>We Value Equal Opportunity</p> <p>Wells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
