<p>Midway University is actively seeking a full-time head coach to oversee and lead its Women's Wrestling program. This is a full-time, 12-month position that reports directly to the Vice President of Athletics and Student Affairs.</p> <p>Primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Recruiting to achieve roster goals, competitive success, and academic performance in accordance with admissions procedures and scholarship requirements. </li><li>Organizing, scheduling, and leading daily practice sessions, game plan preparation and strategy, competitions, and off-season training. </li><li>Coordinating travel arrangements for away contests. </li><li>Supporting academic progress, enforcing discipline and sportsmanship behavior. </li><li>Hiring, supervising, and evaluating assistant coach and program volunteers. </li><li>Budgeting, fundraising, promoting and marketing the program. </li><li>Adhering to Midway University, Rivers States Conference, NAIA, and any other appropriate governing body policies and procedures. </li><li>Additional duties as assigned by the Athletic Department. </li></ul>
