<p>Job Summary</p> <p>The Associate Director of Hepatitis C Services provides leadership for the Hepatitis C Telehealth Program, overseeing statewide operations that deliver high-quality, client-centered, and compliant care.</p> <p>This role is responsible for program oversight across screening, treatment initiation, monitoring, and sustained virologic response (SVR) follow-up, with a strong emphasis on quality improvement, data integrity, and performance outcomes. The Associate Director supervises managers and staff, supports strategic planning and grant-funded initiatives, monitors program budgets, and ensures compliance with telehealth, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
