This strategic role will be instrumental in shaping and executing the company's data strategy across five key data domains. The ideal candidate will drive the successful implementation of a distributed data operating model and serve as a mentor and guide across cross-functional teams.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead the strategic development and lifecycle management of data products, including data platforms, APIs, data warehouses, data lakes, analytical tools, and data services. </li><li>Collaborate with data architects, engineers, and governance teams to ensure alignment with enterprise data architecture and governance standards. </li><li>Define and manage product roadmaps, OKRs, user stories, and backlogs using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). </li><li>Champion the adoption of best practices in data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing. </li><li>Act as a thought leader and mentor, guiding teams through complex data initiatives and fostering a culture of data excellence. </li><li>Partner with stakeholders to ensure data products meet business needs and deliver measurable value. </li><li>Support the rollout and operationalization of a distributed data operating model across the organization. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience as a Product Manager with a strong focus on data products. </li><li>Deep understanding of data architecture, data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data warehousing. </li><li>Familiarity with data governance frameworks and their practical application. </li><li>Expertise in agile product management methodologies, including OKRs, Scrum, Kanban, and backlog management. </li><li>Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams. </li><li>Ideally, experience working in or with a Big Four consulting firm. </li></ul>
