Onward and Upward!!!</p> <p>JOB SUMMARY: This position supports the financial oversight of the enterprise topline revenue. The role will drive key analytics and forecast modeling/reporting for revenue while creating a strong partnership with the growth organization and general managers. Provide additional financial support, analysis, and reporting, as well as acts as a Finance point of contact for the growth organization, general managers, strategy, and others outside of the Accounting and Finance Organization.</p> <p>JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Key Focus on revenue forecast process to ensure best in class analytical approach to revenue modeling.</p> </li><li> <p>Execute and optimize monthly, quarterly, and annual variance reporting and performance measurement</p> </li><li> <p>Build trusted relationships with business partners across the organization.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in preparation of presentations for senior management and business partners.</p> </li><li> <p>Reports on KPI metrics for revenue reporting.</p> </li><li> <p>Support Commercial Finance Leadership with follow-up analysis and recommendations as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with Growth, Pricing, Strategy, Product, and GMs as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with Corporate FP&A for consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrate Company's Core Competencies and values held within.</p> </li><li> <p>The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all encompassing. Other duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be required and/or assigned as necessary.</p> </li></ol> <p>JOB SCOPE:</p> <p>This position works under intermediate supervision and works from instructions and established guidelines to complete job responsibilities while identifying opportunities for greater efficiency. The work is somewhat varied and consists of conducting financial analysis projects, administering financial systems, and performing special statistical studies. The incumbent also functions as a resource the Finance and Accounting team and aids in finding solutions for complex issues.</p> <p>JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training):</p> <ul> <li>Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred or HS Diploma (or GED) with 4 years of experience </li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in field or related area </li><li>Required licensures, professional certifications, and/or Board certifications as applicable </li><li>Knowledge of practices and procedures within a finance organization </li><li>Communication (written, verbal and listening), financial, time management, project, analytical and interpersonal skills </li><li>Ability to forecast, budget, and model finances </li><li>Ability to use software, hardware, and peripherals related to job responsibilities, including MS Office </li><li>Ability to multitask and meet deadlines </li><li>Individual in this position must be able to work in a standard office environment which requires sitting and viewing monitor(s) for extended periods of time, operating standard office equipment such as, but not limited to, a keyboard, copier and telephone </li></ul> <p>The salary range for this position is [SALARY RANGE].
