<p>Restaurant Supervisor</p> <p>Springville, Utah, United States Full Time</p> <p>Position Overview</p> <p>Create energizing and memorable customer experiences through curiosity, educational, and innovative dining choices.</p> <p>This role will accomplish the following:</p> <p>First 6 Months</p> <ul> <li>Enthusiastically participate in personal development and onboarding training </li><li>Become familiar and aligned with the vision of Hobble Creek Downtown, culinary programs, and strategies </li><li>Help create and drive the FOH training for service, menus, and experiences </li><li>Assist in developing Hobbled Horse Beverage and Bar Coaching programs </li><li>Assist Downtown leadership in developing front-of-house logistics </li><li>Assist in executing a schedule and framework of "soft launching" of the Hobbled Horse, Cy's, and Centerline Café in preparation for opening. </li><li>Assist in the hiring and training of FOH staff </li><li>Manage and supervise the day to day operations of the Hobbled Horse, Cy's and Centerline </li><li>Collaborate actively in a team-oriented environment to accomplish shared goals and support cross-functional initiatives. </li><li>Communicate proactively and professionally with team members and managers to ensure alignment, share updates, and resolve issues. </li><li>Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance personal growth, improve job-related skills, and contribute to team success. </li><li>Perform other duties, tasks, and responsibilities, including as listed in GlassFrog, and support other teams as assigned, which may fall outside the essential duties and responsibilities. </li></ul> <p>6 Months and Beyond</p> <ul> <li>Ensure that the Mainstreet Market, Hobbled Horse, Centerline Café, and Soda Fountain accomplish the people purposes and visions intended </li><li>Be a champion of our culture and building the future vision. </li><li>Run all front-of-house operations including </li></ul> <p>o Role-specific training</p> <p>o Point of Sale (POS) Logistics</p> <p>o KPI Reporting and Tracking</p> <p>o Merchandising</p> <ul> <li>Continue to measure, innovate, and improve excellent levels of internal and external customer service </li><li>Monitor staff performance, ensuring that the operations are running well and guests are happy </li><li>Work with Production Lead to comply with all health and safety regulations for the front and back of house </li><li>Become one of our resident experts on front-of-house equipment, including understanding maintenance schedules </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions</p> <ul> <li>Extensive physical activity. Requires strenuous physical work; heavy lifting, pushing or pulling required of objects over 50 pounds. </li><li>This role could require travel from time to time. </li><li>The work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions. </li><li>Work may involve moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises. </li></ul> <p>Our best employees work with all kinds of people.
