Prepping, cleaning, inspecting, and packaging of components and finished products against specified tolerances using visual inspection processes, data reports, software, and procedures.</p> <p>Hours: 1:00 pm - 9:30 pm, Monday - Friday</p> <p>What you'll do at Tosoh Quartz.</p> <ul> <li>Assist in the CNC operations to support the manufacturing of quartz components. </li><li>Visually inspect incoming materials. </li><li>Prep materials for manufacturing process. </li><li>Wax and stage material for the machining process. </li><li>Dewax and clean machined components. </li><li>Visually Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications. </li><li>Perform detail work, which may include waxing, dewaxing, chamfering, cleaning, and cosmetic inspection of parts and other similar functions. </li><li>Pack and transport finished products. </li><li>Update labor times in ERP system. </li><li>Follow process procedures, work order instructions, drawings, and other production documents. </li><li>Assist with maintaining equipment.
