<p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Join the leading beverage provider, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling!</p> <ul> <li>Shift: Full Time, 1st Shift </li><li>Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match, PTO, Education Reimbursement </li><li>Salary: $110,139 - $137,674 plus annual target bonus </li></ul> <p>If you enjoy our products, you'll really enjoy being a part of our team!</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Manufacturing Processes, providing technical leadership and driving process improvement projects to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and meet organizational goals using Continuous Improvement methodologies </li><li>Adhere to all established safety, health and quality General Manufacturing Process (GMP) policies, procedures and practices for the company </li><li>Oversee the optimal operation of their assigned plant's Manufacturing Processes i.e., hands on process adjustments, changes to maintain required productivity, etc. Including Centerline documents and Process Control Plans </li><li>Manage the documentation, tooling audits, and maintenance direction of all tooling used in the Manufacturing Process including change activities and processes </li><li>Apply statistical methods to improve process capability and reduce process variation </li><li>Participate on Continuous Quality Improvement team for plant process improvement </li><li>Travel up to 10% </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree with 8 plus years of Process Management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 10 plus years of Process Management experience </li></ul> <p>Preferred Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Master's Degree </li><li>Lean Six Sigma and/or Six Sigma certifications, i.e., Management and Strategy Institute </li><li>Knowledge of Infinity SPC or similar SPC software, JMP, Minitab, or similar statistical software </li></ul> <p>Essential Information for Our Employees</p> <p>At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees, and our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business.
