<p>Opportunity: Part Time PM Line Cook</p> <p>Prepare food items in accordance with production requirements and established guest service and sustainability standards.</p> <p>Looking to fill a part time position as line cook to support our evening operation. 3 shifts per week offered.</p> <p>Your Growth Path</p> <p>Lead Cook - Sous Chef - Assistant to the Head Chef</p> <p>Your Focus</p> <ul> <li>Prepare food of consistent quality following recipe cards and production and portion standards. </li><li>Begin food items that are prepared ahead of time, making sure not to over-prepare estimated needs. </li><li>Date all food containers and rotate per Hersha Hospitality standards, making sure that all perishables are kept at proper temperatures. </li><li>Check pars for shift use, determine necessary preparation, freezer pull and line set-up.
