Our strategy is rooted in delivering exceptional customer experiences, improving operational efficiency, and leveraging data, digital tools, and AI to modernize a historically under-digitized industry.</p> <p>What you'll do:</p> <ul> <li>Pull and pack orders accurately and efficiently. </li><li>Stage orders and prepare pallets for shipment, including shrink wrapping. </li><li>Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently. </li><li>Check and maintain inventory accuracy. </li><li>Operate automated metal industry machines (start/stop equipment, run gutter parts and other components, make basic adjustments, monitor production). </li><li>Maintain a clean and organized production environment while following safety guidelines. </li></ul> <p>What you'll bring:</p> <ul> <li>Previous manufacturing, production, or industrial machine operation experience required. </li><li>Ability to operate machinery safely and follow OSHA guidelines. </li><li>Forklift experience is a plus (training and certification provided onsite). </li><li>Warehouse and packing experience are preferred but not required. </li><li>Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment. </li><li>Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled facility (hot summers, heated in winter). </li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment. </li></ul> <p>What you'll earn:</p> <ul> <li>401(k) with employer match </li><li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance </li><li>PTO, company holidays, and parental leave </li><li>Paid training and certifications </li><li>Legal assistance and identity protection </li><li>Pet insurance </li><li>Employee assistance program (EAP) </li></ul> <p>QXO is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
