In this role, you'll ensure efficient workflows, support staff development, and oversee the technical operations that help deliver exceptional patient care. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Manage and coordinate ophthalmic imaging services across all clinics </li><li>Oversee imaging staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage </li><li>Establish and maintain operational and technical imaging procedures </li><li>Direct professional development programs and training for imaging staff </li><li>Manage imaging workflow to optimize efficiency and support clinical needs </li><li>Coordinate imaging equipment purchases, setup, training, and maintenance </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: $70,900-145,200 Annually</p> <p>Job Qualifications</p> <p>Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. </li><li>Minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience in a clinical setting, including organizing workflow to accomplish established objectives, training staff, and evaluating staff effectiveness. </li><li>Current working knowledge of ophthalmic imaging procedures and devices. </li><li>Knowledge of ophthalmic medical terminology, anatomy and physiology of visual systems. </li><li>Familiarity with signs and symptoms of various ophthalmic problems to answer patient-related questions and triage calls when urgent evaluation is required. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills with patients, staff and physicians to promote comfortable, cooperative and effective working relationships with patients, physicians and staff. </li><li>Familiarity with computerized patient appointment scheduling system and imaging and electronic medical records systems. </li><li>Ability to organize imaging specialist work schedules for continuous coverage. </li><li>Flexibility in adapting to new assignments. </li><li>Skill in organizing work systems and prioritizing work. </li><li>Ability to collaborate with Administrator in problem solving and implementing new and continuing patient care systems. </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a teaching facility. </li><li>Current certification as Certified Retinal Angiographer (CRA). </li></ul>
