<p>Job#: 3027807</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Consumer Service Operations Representative II (Bilingual)</p> <p>Location: Florida (Remote)</p> <p>Employment Type: Contract</p> <p>Role Overview</p> <p>This role supports a leading healthcare client by handling daily activities across multiple service functions. The position involves moderately complex customer service and administrative responsibilities, with a focus on delivering quality consumer experiences. The ideal candidate brings call center experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provide customer service support across functions including enrollment, eligibility, claims processing, and general inquiries. </li><li>Handle inbound and outbound calls while maintaining professionalism. </li><li>Investigate and resolve customer service issues and claims in accordance with established policies. </li><li>Perform moderately complex administrative and operational tasks, including data entry and documentation. </li><li>Interpret department policies and guidelines to resolve customer inquiries. </li><li>Work independently within defined parameters, managing priorities and workload. </li><li>Utilize multiple systems and applications to support customer interactions and service delivery. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <p>Experience: Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, including typing and data entry. Call center experience is required.</p> <p>Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory. Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills are required. Candidates must demonstrate an aptitude for quickly learning and navigating new technology, systems, and applications. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word is also necessary.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Associate's or Bachelor's degree. </li><li>Prior experience in the healthcare industry. </li><li>Previous experience supporting healthcare members or patients in a call center environment. </li></ul> <p>Compensation & Benefits</p> <p>A compensation range of $19.00 - $20.00 per hour is offered for this position.
